We require prepayment via our booking site for all appointments. You are able to tip your service provider there as well.
Please rinse in 1-3 hours with water only. No soap or shampoo or lotion! You may shower fully at 18-24 hours.
We have a 24 hour cancellation or reschedule policy. The fee for a reschedule is 50% if made less than 24 hour prior to your appointment. This will be a credit towards your next appointment and expires in ONE YEAR. The fee for cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment is 100%. 50% of this charge will go towards your next appointment and expires in ONE YEAR. Our technicians' schedules stay full with waiting lists, and when we have late cancellations or reschedules, it makes it harder to replace that time slot.
- If you have a 50% credit from a cancellation and continue to cancel within 24 hours (3 times max), your credit will no longer be valid and you will be required to prepay for your next tan.
- All rescheduled appointments will be required to provide a credit/debit card to hold booking. Multiple reschedules (2 max) within 24 hours will result in credit on file being void.
The entire process takes about 15-20 minutes, from start to finish.
The typical spray tan will last 5-7 days with proper care and upkeep. It is important to follow the steps listed on our Tan Care section below to get the best quality tan possible. The majority of our clients say they get up to 10 days of color.
We can set up anywhere in the home. Well-lit areas and ample amount of space is required. Most of the time we set up in the clients master bathroom.
As long as you feel comfortable, you are able to wear as little or as much as you'd like.
Although it is not required, we are providing a service made more convenient to you by being mobile. We appreciate tips, but they aren't required.
Absolutely not. Sun damage can linger underneath the skin for up to 6 weeks after an initial sunburn. DHA (dihydroxyacetone), the active ingredient in all spray tans and sunless products, is derived from sugar cane, which can be very drying to the skin. With a sunburn, no matter if it is brand new or even 6 weeks old, a spray tan can cause rapid exfoliation of skin cells, causing your skin to peel within a few days of your spray tan. This can be particularly detrimental to brides or anyone attending a formal event where shoulders, backs, and decolletage are exposed. We recommend not tanning over a new or recent sunburn to avoid peeling and spotting.
Absolutely not. Please continue to wear sunscreen. Waterproof sunscreen is best with a spray tan.
Our Signature Rapid Spray Tan will allow you to rinse off in the shower with water only at 1-3 hours. It is imperative that you rinse off the cosmetic bronzer in that time frame to ensure the DHA (active ingredient in your spray tan) is properly oxygenated and can develop correctly. Sleeping in the spray tan will not create a darker, longer-lasting tan - it will, in fact. do the opposite. You will be able to shower fully with soap and shampoo at 18-24 hours, depending on the depth of color you are wanting to achieve.
Yes, all our packages have expiration dates. We do not make exceptions for expired packages. Currently, we do not have a reminder feature for our clients to remind them that their packages are about to expire. Because of this, clients are required to keep up with how many they have left in their package and when they expire.
We require a credit or debit card to book your appointment, but do not charge this card unless there is a late cancellation or reschedule (within 24 hours of appointment). We take payment after services are completed via Venmo, Zelle, PayPayl, Cash App, or cash.
Multiple factors go into why a spray tan doesn't develop. DHA (the active ingredient in all spray tans/self tanners) interacts with your skins PH level and amino acids and proteins. Medications can affect the development of a spray tan whether it's the legs, arms, torso, neck, or face.
That time of the month can also affect our skins PH level.
Showering with soap and shampoo before the recommended time by your spray tan artist can affect the way the spray tan develops as introducing soaps or shampoos too soon can alter the way DHA processes.
With this all being said, we DO NOT refund for our spray tans whether mobile or studio.

Tan Care
Here is what you do before your spray tan:
Start by lightly exfoliating with a wash rag, body buff, or body scrub a few days to 1 week prior. You will want to do this every day until the day before your appointment.
Use a decent moisturizer after every exfoliation and at least twice a day.
Shaving must be done 24 hours prior.
Waxing should be completed at least 3 days prior.
Manicures and Pedicures should be done at least 8 hours prior - rinsing off any lotions or oils before to your technicians arrival.
Here is what you do the day of your spray tan session:
Remove any makeup, deodorant, and lotions before your appointment.
Here is what you do after your spray tan:
Tight Yoga pants, sports bras, skinny jeans, and socks are BIG NO NO!
Loose, dark clothing is ideal for after a tan
Moisturized skin is ideal in keeping a long lasting glow.
Fun Fact: DHA is the active ingredient in ALL spray tan solutions. It stands for Dihydroxyacetone. It is a COLORLESS chemical, made from sugar cane, that interacts with our skins amino acids in our dead skin cells to produce a brown color.
Another Fun Fact: DHA takes 24 full hours to process completely.
One Last Fun Fact: Using and soaps, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, or lotion within the first 24 hours will stop DHA's job right in it's tracts. This means that if you use any of the above mentioned before 24 hours, your tan may not turn out as intended.

Here is the best way to maintain your tan:
Use water based lotions only. No mineral oil. Hempz (we sell this), St Ives, Aveeno, Johnson & Johnson Baby Lotion, Jergens. All great water based lotions.
Avoid baths, hot tubs, pools. and long showers.
